WotLK need info on wotlk engineering

Hi, I'm playing a ret paladin on lordaeron and I'm thinking about changing from jc/mining to jc/engi however I never had engineering before so I wanted to ask which engineering items are usable in arena? All of them? And which ones are most useful for a ret paladin? I know there is the rocket boots enchant, bombs, and nets and I think there is also an on-use haste enchant for gloves.. Are there any more? And which specialization gives which buffs?

Gloves Enchant : Hand-Mounted Pyro Rocket - 45 second CD, 1654 to 2020 damage
Gloves Enchant :Hyperspeed Accelerators - 1min CD, increases haste 340 for 12 seconds

You can also use parachute in arenas too. So it's only these 3 enchants that you can use in arena from Engy. Don't think Engy is any good for pally tho, as I know JWL and Tailor are best so far?

What about rocket boots and bombs? Both not useable in arena?

Nope can't use any of those two.
