Burning Crusade Weird lagspikes for 5-6 days

Myself and several acquaintances have been experiencing weird lagspikes on Outland. I can see everything that's going on but none of my actions go through, and when the lag ends I am ported back to the position where it began. Happens maybe every 10 minutes in instances. Happened across multiple devices and networks for my part.

I can confirm this happens on WOTLK as well, no other games is affected.
