Burning Crusade Spell tooltip not updating properly with levels

I've run into this issue on both my characters on Medivh.

With my draenei priest, the Gift of the Naruu racial spell does not update the amount healed stated in the tooltip. It still says 50 health, even though it heals for way more.

Same with my human mage whose Conjure Water spell says it will conjure 2 water when it infact conjures 6.

The spells work fine, but the tooltips don't.

Does anyone have a solution to this or is seeing the same problem?
