Burning Crusade TK Attunement, Unable to loot Murmur for Essence.

Hello, I am hoping for a fast response seeing as this is time sensitive.
I did a Shadow Labs (H) today at 11:20ish server time with my guild. We were running for the TK attunement. "Trial of the Naaru: Strength". We killed Murmur our Tank was able to loot the Essence however i myself was unable to loot the boss and recieve the essence to complete the Quest. Or the badge. The only thing i can come up with as to why i couldnt loot was because i died? I have screenshots, please help, thank you!!

Did you die and release ? Or just simply died and were waiting for ress.

Could it be one of those things where only 1 person in the group can loot it? I've never really done it so I have no idea.

Yes, i died right near the end of the fight. No, i did not release.
Yes, it was on heroic.
3 people in the group were able to loot the boss and collect their badge, myself and a fellow guildie were not able to loot him.
Group loot enabled, tried switching loot, no effect, boss despawned shortly after.

If the icon never lights up no matter how close you get, it is likely that your client and the server are out of sync: your client thinks the corpse is in one place, but the server things its in another. Exiting the client and logging back in should fix this problem.
