scammer?

i was farming some skins and it got crowded so i flew back to Shatt and an official in game box screen came up and asked me to put my PW in... Couldn't type in any chat to ask wtf this was... is this a scammer here in Outland server because i came from Medihv and never saw this before... Any help on this issue would be appreciated... didn't get screen shot this time, thought i took 3 but nothing in my screenshot folder...

prt screen also saves a snapshot of your screen to your clipboard, you could paste it into Paint with ctrl + v if you haven't copied anything since then or rebooted.

This sounds quite strange if you aren't lying

I have seen something looking like it and tell me if your using the add on Carbonite,Cabonite broadcast is date between Cabornite user to show other user location on map and such. Most of time Cabornite bug out every time i go in a Capital and keep asking me to set a PW for the said channel Carbonite use to broadcast its date.If i can login ill try to post a screen shot of it.And if you got that goin on,well start lookin for a fix wich i havent found yet.

there is a fixed version of carbonite where u can disable communication at the privacy submenu.. ill take i look if i can find it again
