Questionable BUG for the quest The Not-So-Friendly Skies

Hey there, I was doing the daily quest The Not-So-Friendly Skies in Netherwing Ledge and found out the Dragonmaw transporter wont come down for combat. It brings difficulty for Mdps coz the attack range is not enough. Does this happen to the other players? Thanks
