The news tab will inform you of the latest raid releases on the burning crusade realms (and content releases in general on all expansions).
Medivh and Outland are on content patch 2.0 (Gruul, Magtheridon, Karazhan, Serpentshrine and Tempest Keep raids released)

Thank you, what about the exact patch (balance changes and whatnot)? I don't see that anywhere except the notes about Outland going live on 2.1 back in May.
