Hello! I stopped playing at around 2012. I came back for a little while when the database of the characters got deleted, or whatever it happened I don't remember, and then made a new paladin by the name of Azurewrath and boosted her to 80 and used what coins and points to get some stuff. What happened? Can I recover my character?

Sadly no you cannot. Due to merge of Deathwing and Ragnaros realms, there was longtime of period to retrieve characters, if you didn't use option in that time, then you have o remake character now.

Policy states that you can't, you can try but well...wouldn't put hopes on it. Go on My account>Support>Create ticket.
