Prices on character sell

Why cant i set my own price on character trade? im trying to sell my hunter for about 80-90 coins since its only all blues and only has kara and two rev repts but if i include the inventory it goes to 140 and just the char for 118? im trying to sell it and i know it wont sell for 118

so again why am i not allowed to list MY character for a price I want to sell it? i understand the 30 coins minimum but why 118 now?
