Burning Crusade Muted witthout typing constantly

Hey,

I was asked for post for someone, experiencing an issue everytime they play, without typing anything, they're constantly muted, having to wait 1 minute for no reason.

Reinstalled the entire game, no addons, no macro usage or anything. Never experienced this issue before.

Currently a blood elf hunter, anyone know what this reason may be or a fix?

usually it is caused by Carbonite ( addon for quest)

Is there a way to make it so Carbonite doesn't do that without having to disable it?

open carbonite options/settings and disable the ones that most likely are the cause of the problem
