Account name changed and get banned

Hi, I create a profil on Warmane tbc service to play with friends as World of warcraft, but after fews weeks my account premium get demoted, i don't really care about this cause the queu was skip, but you change my name profile for no reason (that was Arkhann). The real problem is after redownload wow tbc on your services, my game was ****ed up, my account don't have any characters , and the resolution is changed, can you explain me ?

can you try to be more clear?
on your post you talk about many problems ( many of them do not even make sense) and on the tile I read "banned" but on your post I do not read about any ban.

Please, be more clear if you want some help
