Burning Crusade Account instant banned after creation. cant join server

Hey Warmane,

So i just created an account. verification went fine. but after i try to log into my account on the website it says im banned for advertising. I don understand i just created the account how can i be banned? can this be fixed?
however at the same time i cannot create a ban appeal in my account panel cause the ban is not listed.

I am also having a similar problem. I have rarely played as of late, and after coming back after a long period of absence, I find myself banned for advertising, and completely unable to select my ban to appeal it. I have rarely played in recent months, and rarely spoken to any in-game during this time. I very much doubt I would be advertising anything, and if so, I don't believe that my intent would be to advertise what I said (as I don't even play any other private servers lol). Also of note, I am still able to play in game. I would never have even noticed had I never logged into the site.

If you use VPN or you have statistic IP then you might have this issue. You can however make email to [email protected] to resolve these issues.

I have never once used an VPN, and none of my other accounts seem to be affected. I also have a friend who was, apparently, also suspended for advertising after several weeks of barely playing, came back and saw it, and was still able to log in and play. I am unsure what you mean by "statistic IP".
