Burning Crusade Bought Witchs Band and it has no stats.

Hello Guys,

I bought Witches Band off the store and it appeared I my mail box as expected. When I looked at it, there are not stats on the ring. When I equip the item not stats increase on the paper doll.

Can you guy advise how to resolve this please?

Well you can try few things, one would be to make ticket in-game. Second make item refund and mention that it has no stats, third is to report on bugtracker.
