Technical My main account got hacked

My main account got hacked it was named hockeynerd, ive spent 690 eur in donations on it and it got hacked.

I recieved this email without my own permission

Now i have mailed the [email protected] for assistance, how long is the response time and can i get my account back?? every act of activity on that account since 02:00 am last night is without my permission. Please someone help me.

Now the IP address is from russia and i live in denmark. Please dont ban my account just give it back to me.
