Charged for Donation, but no points awarded?

I'm having issues with the donation system. I donated a while ago, and I'm still waiting on points. I have already been charged through my bank as well.
I just need an explanation or help with this. Thanks.

i believe it can take up to 24 hours for the coins to show up.

Actually for bank transfers if can be 3 to 5 business days. That isn't even on Paymentwall, it's just how banks work in general.
So it all depends on the method used, but not having received coins means we didn't get confirmation from Paymentwall that the donation was accepted and processed.

The only reason I'm worried is my statement says that the payment is already through.

donated via card over an hour ago and still haven't gotten my points, so it's not only bank acc transfer issue

I've now donated over 16 hours ago. Nothing still. Sooner or later is looking like an annoying amount of later

Has now been over 48 hours since donation. 0 results. I'm going to have to report the purchase as fraudulent if I don't get something. Because this is taking way too long for some donation points.
