Burning Crusade Can I retrieve my items back?

Yea, just as the title says can I retrieve my lost items? My account was hacked last 2 or 3 weeks ago and now I finally got my account back and after applying for the ban appeal because this account was banned I can finally now log in, but what I discovered right after I logged in, is that my Main char lost all of its gear and most of its gold, surprisingly the hacker was dumb enough not to check my other char.

Right now I'm asking if I can possibly get all of my lost gears and gold

nope. warmane doen't return lost/stolen items. account security is the players responsibility, as is any loss caused by lack of security.
