Questions about friends non-donor account.

If I gift about 30 coins to my friend non donor account, will he be able to buy character on trade to skip lvling on Outland?

Im sorry because its probably not right place where should I ask it.

No, he won't. As the name implies, donor requires donating, not having coins.

im not too sure here but afair you can buy without being premium, only selling requires that
might got changed at some point tho

You might be right, I assumed that if he was asking they had tried and were unable to, and just addressed gifting coins not allowing someone to do donor-only things.

if I remember correctly only donor can buy on "Character Trade" but I am not 100% sure

@ivkanzo ask to your friend to try to buy a character, even if he has 0 Coins, to see what error message he gets

Error message said "you dont have enough coins to purchase.. etc"

I asked in-game about this and got few answers like its 100% sure its possible for him to buy characters but not to sell.
