How STRONG are the Horde of Outland?

I've been playing on Frostwolf on my main account since 2010. I've watched it progress from Wrath of the Lich King to Cataclysm to Mists of Pandaria. There were times were the Horde dominated Frostwolf, where guilds like CCC and Pirates of Balls Deep amassed in large numbers, and times when it was more balanced and the Alliance were a good challenge.

Today, the Horde on Frostwolf are a disgrace. There is one good PvP guild, but their presence there is like screaming in the wind where every battleground consists of the Alliance team taking all the flags and objectives completely unopposed as the entire Horde team sits afk at their graveyard or charges into battle alone only to die instantly. World PvP has become virtually non-existent as there are never any new players questing or leveling alts, and dailies are no longer worthwhile for veteran players.

So I ask you. How dedicated are the Horde in Outland in PvP? Do they fight with fire and fury in their hearts, or do they cower at their graveyards and let the Alliance walk all over them?

One thing i noticed.

From leveling alliance, I didnt get gank as much on my alliance warlock or rogue.

But when i was leveling My horde toons, Alot of 70 alliance Were ganking me as i level.

Depend on class also. When im on my warlocks, i dont get ganked. But on rogue alot more.
