Best way to level in Outland(level 58)

So I finally can pass through the gate to Outland. Do you guys have any suggestions on how to do it? where should I begin and where should I be heading next?

I did Hell-Pen, Zangar and some Nagrand. Then looked at quest rewards from Netherstorm and Shadowmoon and did them for gear and gold.

What he said. Hellfire, Zangar, Nagrand. If you're not 70 by then, choose between Nether and SMV. Eventually, you'll have to do both.
