New Player Leveling Tips

So looking to start playing, wondering if there is an easy way to get to 70. Is it standard grinding back in the day? Or is there a way to "buy" a level 70 or xp boosts. Unfortunately I don't have a lot of time to play as much as I would like, and would like to not spend ages to get to 70. But gotta do what ya gotta do.

You have a few options, you can buy a low level character for cheap. Or buy a naked 70 character, but you get what you pay for.
I wouldn't bother buying one personally as my first character on here took me about 20 hours, since then I'm down to about 15 hours for my ALTs.
As for leveling you kinda have to be abit smart, I would advise questing but choosing what you do wisely. Some pick up quests people are camping it and you would be waiting 10mins for you to finally get the respawn. Don't do any quests that take ages as the rewards aren't worth it as you will out level it FAST!

Note: for me leveling a character is half the fun especially with the experience rate being 5x it's enough to enjoy!

I really wanna see screenshot of that 15 hours. Its literally impossible unless u are getting power-leveled by multiple players.

Sadly that's impossible as I don't have it for you, also when I was leveling the experience rate was 7.5x and I was using my druid main to aoe farm mobs, 15 hours wasn't hard to achieve with the extra exp boost. I've levelled 6 characters to 70 in the last 2 months, you get to know the quests not to take!

If you haven't already download and use the Questhelper addon / one of the other quest guide addons.

Most people use the above site to download TBC addons. Have not heard about any issues with viruses etc.

Under the Questing section there's quite a few options. I use Questhelper but i'm sure the others work fine.

Saves you huge amount of time going back and forth between the game and TBC databases to figure out where to go.

I have done 1-70 on a 15x Server for 4hours 15 min, so whats wrong with 15 hours on a 5x server? If you know what you are doing it's quite possible.

20 hours for level 70? Is it really 5x rate? I remember it taking us ~20 days /played time to get to the max level, maybe it was vanilla, maybe BC.
