hello this quest is repeatable seemingly forever.. is that intended? Will i get banned if i use this quest to level? Thanks.

The quest reward from this quest was used in vanilla to aid people trying to kill Araj the Summoner for the key to Scholomance.

After 2.1 the quest became repeatable because killing Araj was difficult and you most likely needed to use the quest reward (one time use) for each attempt.

Repeating the quest after its initial completion should not reward further experience.

It most likely would be against the rules to exploit the quest if it continues to reward experience after each completion on this server.

If it yields experience for every time you complete it, you should probably report it as I don't see that anyone has yet.
