Burning Crusade Cant log into website.

Hello, my friend got a problem with loggin in to the website. Here is what he have to say:
It's been happening in the past 2-3 days or so, I kept thinking it's server-wide problem, but from talking to people ingame I saw they could log in without problem. I get this recaptcha error, even though there's no captcha to fill out while logging in, and i don't remember there being one earlier. I tried logging from Chrome and Mozilla, same exact error occurs. Any suggestions? Both are the latest version, and viable for recaptcha, I checked.

It happens in my browser too sometimes. Make sure you're not pressing the submit button more than once, sometimes the captchca takes a few seconds longer to load. It can be annoying but it's there for your protection
