Hey i recently bought a character with Ashen Verdict Exalted on Icecrown , i cant take my ring is that normal ? the NPC wont let me change my ring or anything , is this normal ?

yes, it is normal when you buy a charcter with most of his original gear deleted
Open a ticket in-game, a gm will give you the ring
