Can I gift coins multiple times ?

I have a couple of hundred coins and I want to give some to my friend.

Sadly it says that I ameligible to send gifts of up to 23 coins. What does this mean ? Can I send multiple times 23 coins to the same accuant, does this have time limit before I can send again? Is this the total amount I can give to any account ?

The limit exists because there are ways of earning coins without donating for those coins. Such as selling gold for coins on our website marketplace, or even being gifted coins. If you donate for X amount of coins, you will be able to gift X amount of coins.

Coins you gain via Trade and Gift are called "locked Coins".
Those cains can be used only on Store or for Services.

But after 72 Hours those "locked Coins" became normal Coins usable everywhere.

I get it why there is limit. But can I gift multiple times X limit of coins to the same account ? Is there some time penalty after gifting the limit to a specific user ?
