Faction Change Problem??

Hey everyone! I changed faction from horde to alliance and I was exalted(and I am still exalted) with Knights of Ebon Blade so I wanted to buy my head enchant, and I can't see the vendor... I went to Dalaran, took the quest "Preparation of War" to re-do the quest chain, completed the quest at the alliance ship and I don't have any other quest to start the chain, what should I do? Please help me!

There is a way.
A long forgotten path along the edge above the quarry, no soul dares to walk that path alone, but thy shall have to travel the coldness of Icecrown alone if you wish to have your enchant ever again. Seek out a wounded warrior bellow the stairs for he shall give you more instructions on how to wash away the filth of Alliance from yourself and become a true member of the horde to gain access to the goods and services of The Ebon Blade.

Ticket with game master. IIRC, the quests need to be manually validated by the gm.

You know the rules write the ticket and let it be deleted after 2 days because nobody cares here :D
