Missing out on rare enchanting recipes because loot bugs - any reimbursement?

Sunfire dropped 2 weeks ago off aran, it bugged and couldnt loot it. This week it drops again...bugged again. Soulfrost drops.....cant loot it. Is there anything I can do or should I just drop enchanting?

Yes, tell people to stop relogging while there is loot. I can confirm with certainty (after having it bugged several times on Kara 2 days ago) that this bugs the loot.
