I messed up my race change. Can I get a refund?

I completely messed up my race change and race changed my level 1 character called Skempu (which is a level 1)

Is there any way to get a refund and do it over for my actually main character?

there should not be any refund for race change but feel free to ask to [email protected] (or by creating a ticket on website if you are premium)
