hi, I'm not sure if its appropriate here its like impossible for me to find anyone that can help me.
i don't wanna say i was one of the, i was the largest JC seller in ally AH during that time, that's why i might be involved in so many trades.
they were all from AH, they were all reasonable
simply my account was banned. not sure exactly when. I didn't play for 40 days, found this was banned in mid Sept.
I sent a ban appeal through the system, got a reply said my account was related to some botting gold activities..
this makes me even more confused.
I'm not sure when this happened, all my gold were from ah or reasonable trade.
I did not do anything that breaks the game rule.
I spent so much time, gold, coins, on my warrior, plus I still have 1500 coins left. hose coins were all legal.
I cant wait for 2 weeks to resubmit a ticket, and another 2 weeks for the ticket to be replied.
the longer it takes, the less evidence will be left.
plz understand my situation, i really wish to see which trade makes me banned in detail.
i really have to do this because i did not do anything wrong intentionally
i know myself:
1,did not buy any gold( i make so many gold from JC everyday, simply no need to)
2,did not sell any gold( i transferred all my gold to coins since the very early stage of the game)
3,most of my trade, i would say all trade that i receive gold were from ah, all at a reasonable price.

i understand this is not the right process but i also believe that a lot of evidence or proof will be gone as the time goes, i just cant afford to wait any longer
i spent so much time, so much gold( over 50k at that time, 50k gold used to be 3000 coins), so much coins, so much coins left. Especially, i DID NOT do anything, still super confused why i was banned.
