WotLK Character's Gone

i have stop playing for so long.. and just recently have the urge to come back and play again..
had a few attempts to retrieve my accounts and finally this time manage to retrieve my old accounts..
this account i am using now is 7 years old.. i have not donated i only got gifted coins as far as i remember

now i cant see my characters in realms : "Icecrown"(and i believe "Deathwing" is deleted)
is there a way to retrieve my characters?
i can still remember my last time playing was 2years ago.. when the server Mandated everyone for a server change.(forgot the details about it)
after that i recieve rewards/refunds for my Gifted Coins and Points i spent it for my characters since it is limited only. before i stopped playing

now all my characters are gone.. but i am sure i have few characters in Icecrown.. since i can see it my History(Marketplace) i purchased :
Sharpened Twilight Scale 23 coins
Swift Zulian Tiger 65 points

when Ragnaros and Deathwing got merged into Icecrown players had the chance move their character for free to Icecrown.
I guess you missed that chance.
