I'm exalted with Sons of Hordir and was able to buy the shoulder enhances.

All of a sudden yesterday, it seems like the phasing reset to the beginning. The mobs are all green and friendly to me, but I can not talk to anyone. i doubled checked my rep and I'm still listed as exalted.

anyone seen this issue?
