RDF Leavers

I believe it is unfair when someone leaves in an RDF. It makes the dungeon harder, and longer to complete, making it more of a hassle to finish and get the emblems. When someone leaves the dungeon, I think other players should be able to leave without punishment because they did not queue for 4man dungeon, but a 5man one. It is even worse when you meet people who refuse to kick you and will report you if you don't want to do the dungeon, forcing you to take the 30minute punishment when you didn't sign up to play a 4man dungeon.

My tank just randomly left the dungeon, all the other members just went offline, what am I supposed to do now? If I leave the group I'll be penalised for no reason, if I stay then I can't join another dungeon.
