Technical Missing characters

Hello.
I played on your server two years ago. Even before the merger of the realms Deathwing and Ragnaros into a Icecrown I had characters on Deathwing.
After 2 years I decided to return to the server and found that the characters on the account are gone. They are not on any realm.
I remember the nicknames of the characters, also I still have the screenshots of the game from those times. Is it possible to restore characters?
