Technical Can't Ban Appeal

Hello guys.

I'm posting here about a problem. The Bot banned me yesterday (suprem95) because of "suspicisious activity". Yesterday, i tried to connect to Lordaeron server WOTLK with a VPN at my school. Some Games (like TF2 or CS GO) are not blocked here but WoW (dont know why) is. And I cannot create a ban appeal with the banned account.

This will be a permanent ban ?

With this VPN (TunnelBear), I tried to connect to lordaeron and failed. But the PvP server and the x7 worked fine, but not Lordaeron. Its weird.
