Burning Crusade Account was locked, Don't have access to authenticator

Hey guys. I haven't played on this server for a few weeks, but I used to play a ton.

I have a few accounts, but the one I'm currently logged into is not able to log in, due to an authentication request which I can't fulfill.

If i need to submit any information to prove I'm the original account owner, I can do that. I have access to all other accounts, and have access to the email with which this account was registered.

you can not log-in on website but not in-game? then go here: https://www.warmane.com/account > security > remove "enable in game protection"

Can log into the site but can't access specific parts of the site. Especially "accounts".

Tells me this: We have noticed an unusual log in attempt and your account has been locked to prevent unauthorized access.
In order to unlock your account, please enter the authentication code shown on your mobile authenticator app.
