WotLK Arena Team Charter 2v2 bugged

Neither me, my friend or several other people down in Dala sewers can create a 2v2 arena team. We get the charter but we cannot click it/open it. Nothing happens. Opened a ticket yesterday, but without any luck. Pretty annoying now that Arena resets tonight. Anyone have a solution to this problem?

Same problem is happening with guild charters. We are unable to create a new guild. I already reported this in the bugtracker: https://www.warmane.com/bugtracker/report/57488
