1. I got banned for a wrong reason

    On monday 2th october 2017 I came home and just wanted to raid ICC 10 HC with my Reallife/Guildmates. I just noticed that I got banned for ninja looting.
    There is no way that I ever ninja looted in any raid, because i just want to play this game without stress our any other problems which could appear. I just play it for fun. But this ban isn t funny at all. I build up my raid by myself. The biggest part of the group are my guildmates but they re still some randoms in our group which is no problem. But sometimes i waste more than 2 hours for building up a group and then players leave because they win their needed item and leave the group which causes a raid over. So we started to change things at looting.

    When the group is full and we are about to start this raid, i write that i ll keep the loot till it s close to get bind and then we roll for the loot. So i take the loot and always keep an eye to their locktimer and at the most time we roll the first loot from the first quarter bosses after Professor. There are always 2 people which won t agree with it but that isn t a ninja loot. Everything is locked at the chat log and raid logs. Every GM can see what i just wrote and did. And also the most random players agree with it and the most players appreciate it because it keeps the raid together. Noone can leave when they want to have that item. It s a bit hard but it saves my "wasted" time when I build these raid. I don t want to spend 2 Hours by looking for a group and than 30 minutes because People leave and cause a raid over so I think this tactic isn t ninja looting because I roll the items and give it to the player which got the highest roll I just hold the loot and didn t roll directly after we killed a boss.

    So please help me to get my account back. We builded up our own ICC 10 group with reallife friends and we all are ready to start but I got banned for no reason.

  2. I mean if you just rolled the loot immediately after killing the boss this wouldn't be a problem. Anyone can screenshot you taking items you can't wear and report you. How can you prove that "you told everyone about rolling for loot later"? Sending some screenshots of this in your appeal ticket would be smart.

  3. Rule 1, always screen shot Loot Rules. Also State Loot Rules before the raid starts.

  4. I feel your pain, when i organised IC 25, many people left upon receiving their item also. This probably happens because majority of those ''leavers'' are 14 years old *****s. It really pissed me off, so i noticed a good idea to ''arrest'' loot until we'll get further. At this point everyone had nothing else to do just to follow. :D
    Also it's optional to take screenshots, because there are many toxic *****s that will take time to ''stage'' and try to get your *** banned.

  5. Like romz said ;

    a)Clearly explain the rules in clean format and write if you stay in raid you accept these rules of RL/ML.
    b)Screen shot the rules,if you get banned so you can proove your innocence.
    c)To avoid confusion you should immidieatly sort out the loot,this looks like fetchin to me despite it's probably not.
