[ANSWERED] TBC- faction change on OUTLAND

It says that I can change from horde to alliance for free, so I tried, but when I want to 'Select character race and appearance', I only get 'SELECT CHARACTER' from the pull-down menu... What seems to be the problem?

Do you have alternative characters from the one selected at the top meeting the criteria to faction change?

(Opposing faction, a race compatible with your current class)
