why doesnt warmane consider multiboxing botting?

1 guy automating 39 other toons isn't botting on warmane i hear, can i get some clarification on this please.

is it not considered botting if your at the computer or something?

For similar reasons Blizzard doesn't. If you read the forum rules, you will see there is a link within the appropriate rule that will take you to a lengthy post of mine that covers this topic.
