    [ANSWERED] Account erroneously closed

    My account was erroneously closed for 'Advertising'.

    I've never advertised anything besides my Guild, which is fully compliant with your Terms & Conditions.

    I would appreciate it if you could advise me on this as I got kicked out with no warning or explanation given, for incorrect reasons.

    This happens usually to those using a VPN. Make a support ticket or contact [email protected]

    Use the website to make a ban appeal and wait for an answer.
