Pandaria Lost all my characters on 2 accounts

i played on frostwolf back in 2015. last login was probably in aug 2015.


wanted to play some wow but found that all my characters are gone. i spent some money on both. any chance to recover them?

no, it is not possible but I would open a ticket to know what happened to those characters if I were on your position.

Max level charcter, above all if on a premium account, do not get "deleted" unless someone actually do it...

anyway maybe you logged the wrong account?
Maybe your characters were on Sargeras, second MoP realm ? Which it got closed on June 2015

You probally lost them after the Molten down, there was a short period where you could retrieve characters when Warmane took over, if you did not log in and retrieve them then most likely they were lost.

if you have really spent Coins on those characters you can go here: https://www.warmane.com/account/history
move through "marketplace" and "seriveces" tab. It will show on which charcters you have spent Coins and on which realm they were.

if it shows nothing it means you have never played after molten-down

I heard about molten down but i guess that happened right before i played back in 2015. Yeah i can see my characters name in the history page. The characters were on frostwolf. yeah i created a ticket.. hopefully support would help

it's all good now.. just had to update the client and login game once to rename the toon. It seemed the toon were "flagged for rename"
