WotLK Huge fps drops

I have 250 fps when im somewhere alone, when im in dalaran it goes to 30 and when i wpvp it goes to 5 or less lol.
Is there a fix or tweak for that because i have gtx 1060 (load of gpu when i have 5 fps is max 60%) and fx8120 4ghz oc (load peak 40%)
That graphics card and cpu runs gta 5, crysis 3 all cranked up 40-60fps on 1080p. but gpu load is 99% cpu 60-70%
Looks weird to me.

the only time my fps crawls is when there is a mb in the area

like 40 shammys dropping totems with elementals
