Burning Crusade Auto Self cast.

Hello this is my first post, i have a problem on my priest alt. When i have auto self cast checked in options. It only works if i have an enemy target. If i have no target selected, i have to press my heal then press myself. Or just target myself to begin with. I dont know why this is, as i am fairly certain that auto self cast should always cast on yourself unelss you have a friendly target.

Thanks for quick reply. Its just a normal lesser heal rank 2 spell. It is a level 13 priest i just made so no macros or addons used.
Also if i hold my alt key it will self cast. But when i have an enemy target i dont need to hold alt key to self cast.

weird.
On my TBC client by just enabling "Auto self cast" ( Interface > combat) is enough to cast on my self when I have no target.

Be sure you have actived the correct options
Try to disable all of your addons
