WotLK Ninja loot question

Hello, I would like to know if rolling need for os (for example fury war needing items for war tank or war tank needing items for fury war) is considered ninja looting. Also if someone queues as tank as fury, is he considered then as ms tank and needing items for dps is ninja loot?

Main spec has always been > OS...on retail anyway, if no one needs the gear for their main spec then its all yours for OS, but to expect to compete with people rolling for their MS so you can pad out your OS is greedy IMO.

Your MS is the role you play during the dungeon regardless if its dps and you normally tank. If your are helping someone out by tanking for the group, but you normally dps, its up to the group to decide whether they allow you to roll for dps gear. Don't just take it for granted.
