only character between lvl 65-70 can be restored.
What message do you get? "You do not have any characters that require restoration on Outland" ?
It says 65-70 but that is in fact false, as i've deleted and restored a level 54. It says i do not have enough coins to perform the transaction. A while ago i deleted a level 65 and couldn't restore it, it is still stored though and now it's a level 64 which is stored but the 2 day grace period isn't affecting it, like the level 65.
did you restore that lvl 54 with coins or free?
Anyway go here: https://www.warmane.com/account > support > create ticket > general enquiry and explain your problem
are you not premium? then you may contact [email protected]
but at this point, if you have been able to restore for free once, I believe there is a limit to the "free restore" to avoid abuse
