Can't login in game

Hey there. I played the game earlier today, took a break, and now i tried to login but it wont let me. It says (after some time), "Unable to connect". Note that i dont have internet problems + my realmlist is still warmane. Also i wanna say that my game settings changed as if it was recently installed (u know, like when u go ingame, u set ur resolution and everything, u exit the game and then it resets). I wanna know if it's on me or my WoW.exe, or the server is down or something.

Just had this experience. Was playing for a good long while just now and exited for a brief moment before logging back in, or at least attempting to. Was met with the same error.

I cannot log in at all and I have no clue why as everything is in Russian and am not sure how to change it
