    Chain quest not popping

    I don't know where to talk about it.
    I'm talking about the chain quest starting with http://www.wowhead.com/quest=11039/r...ster-thalodien . I've done all the prequests, chose a side in shattrath, everything. I've manage to complete the first quest and it ends there, i'm supposed to recieve http://www.wowhead.com/quest=10189 but the npc has no quest.
    Please i'm getting desperate already.
