I have one question;

Scroll of Purification? Off toggle on website?

I dont know anyone in game that got Scroll of Purification....

If point is to ppl donate for it it's lame. I want to turn my Transmog off please tell me how.

You either got to pay 5 coins to remove the transmogrification or wait till you can toggle the transmog (ETA is unknown)

actually, if you have some scrolls remaining you can just transmog the set back. just use it on the set you had before and use it on itself, it will look as it was never xmoged

As far as I know you can't use a scroll and the essence on the same item to restore it's original appearance, you can only apply the original model to a second item. Scrolls of Purification are only obtainable via the website feature, but you do indeed have the option to change your item's appearance again via another Scroll of Deception.
