Im new - Cant play

Hi,

I just downloaded the WoTLK files from the web but when trying to log in to play I get error "unable to connect". I login with the nickname of the account I registered, not with the email.


Also, whenever I enter the game again the video and audio settings are changed, Is this normal?

for settings problem follow these steps:
1) Restart your PC ( this is important in your case)
2) close your Torrent client and move your WoW folder away from your Torrent's download destination
3) now right click on WoW folder> Properties> remove "read-only".
