Shouldn't the Elementium-plated Exhaust Pipe be a soulbound item? I mean, only engineers can use it and yet it's being resold at the Auction House for more than quadruple its normal price. And with only 1 being available every few hours if not day, the item being resold greatly affects the market for the Mechano-hogs and Mekgineer's Choppers
