where to report people who cheat my gold

hi staff,
i just wanna report a person named Headshocker who cheat my gold for buying primordial saronite, around sever time 1:56pm today 26/11/2017, my id is Dkisbest, realm icecrown, i am not sure where to post this kind of post, if wrong place, please move it to decent place.

Headshocker sell 15 primordial with 13k gold at global channel, and i wanna buy it, so we make a deal, first time we trade that he put 15 primordial on the trade box, and then he cancled, after that he ask me will buy all, i say yes, so we trade again, but i didnt see this time he only put 1 primoridal, but i click done and paid him 13kgold, after that i check my bag just 1 primoridal, i ask him give my money back, but he ignore me immediately, and i cant wisp him anymore, so i want to know such the case the person will be banned and give my gold back?

you need to report players by opening a ticket in-game.
For these kind of reports you need screeshot or video as proof tho
